SWTOR subscription not showing up in game

Hello,
 
I recently spoke with customer service regarding my subscription that I purchased through Steam.  The support representative was very polite and explained that the reason my subscription was not showing up in game was probably due to my EA account being inactive for some time.  We reset my password on the EA account and he directed me to send screenshots of my Steam account details and purchase of the 30-day subscription.  This was accomplished and he had me cancel my subscription on Steam, which I did, and said that he would make sure that my SWTOR account would be credited for the 30-days.  He asked me to wait an hour to give the account time to update.
 
I am writing this now more than two hours after that call and my SWTOR account still shows "preferred status" without a subscription.  I cannot open a ticket in-game as I do not show an active subscription.  Additionally, I restarted Steam with a fresh login, changed my password on my EA account again, and even rebooted my computer, again.  The SWTOR account still does not show an active subscription.
 
Would you please check into this?
