SWTOR Subscription Not Working (Card Declined, Amazon Card Error/Used)

The SWTOR website said my card was declined multiple times, so I bought an amazon time card code for 50 dollars and punched the code into the site. It gave me an error with the code at first, so I punched it in again (multiple times, with and without the dashes) only to result in a "code has already been used."

I've checked multiple times and the 90 day game time HAS NOT BEEN ADDED. It's been a couple days.

I want to avoid having an unpleasant and long phone call with support, since I'm sure they're busy, but I'd like my subscription time before Seasons is finished. Thank you.

    Swtor username ? need that to flag to check the account 

    although not able to purchase on swtor.com is a strong indictor of an account issue , likley the account is disabled for purchasing , when this occurs gametime cannot be added to the account , not even by swtor support until sorted.

    for now email the code into support@swtor.com from the email address you have used on the account

    is flagged with support to check your account for issues and to check they have your email with the code

    response will be in about 10 - 11 hrs when support are online here
