Account issues regarding money cannot be handled on the forum, you will need to call swtor cs so they can investigate this further, no transaction has been made on this account since September. so another account has to exist.
- 6 years ago@proxos666 Is there really no other way to contact cs? An email contact? I work split days so phone calls between 2am and 11am is difficult as I’m at work for most of that time.

if you cant locate the account that you are paying a subscription on, then phoning is the only option i am afraid
- 6 years ago@proxos666 Like I’ve said there is only one account. I realise this is only a forum and I thank you for your info. It just seems absurd that making a phone call, overseas call at that, when an email with screen shots can show more than a conversation. Is cs open 7 days or are they only Monday to Friday? I get 1 day off work just happens to be a Sunday. Has anyone also had any experience talking with Customer Service? Just want to know how long I’ll end up being the phone for.
