SWTOR subscription payment error.

Hello. I've got an error when I tried to pay for two-month subscription. Money from my Webmoney purse has been removed, but I still stay a f2p player. I'll attach check of this operation. I can't ask about it on forum 'cause I'm not a subscriber and can't start a new thread. Could you please solve the problem? My account: testurad

    For security purposes I've removed the attached image as this is a public forum and as such any information can be seen by other players.

    In regards to your issue, if you are still a F2P status you will need to call Customer Service so they can verify payment and switch your account over.  In some cases such as using methods of payment other then a credit card it can take up to 24 hours for the change to apply to your account.

    If it has been more then that, you will need to call into Customer Service.

    See db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.

    Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc
