Your swtor account has been disabled for purchasing, this is due to the linked EA account has had its data wiped due to long term inactivity
The linked EA account was created at the same time as the swtor account was created , and will likely use the email address used on account creation ( this is most likely the case unless you have changed the email on the EA account previously)
the email address needed for the linked EA account was a Yahoo email address that needs to be entered in the below password reset link, then use this link to reset the password on the linked EA account and then login on that account to get it restored.
This is similar to trying to restore a deleted account per the bottom of https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/account/close-ea-accountLet me know if you think you have sorted the account and i can recheck the account
if you have no clue and cant get this sorted then you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open and they can update the details on the account for you

Unfortunately I no longer have access to that yahoo account. Is there another way to recover the account?

I have though changed the email on my swtor to one that I currently use. Is there any way I can use that email to recover?

you can try and recover the linked ea account via raising a ticket at help.ea.com for cant login to an "origin" account
otherwise call swtor support when the lines are open , they can update the email on that account for you , just be aware only the english line is open on monday due to a bank holiday

Hi Proxos666
Thank you for trying to help so many people! But I don't understand what you want. I reset the password in my EA account. But my SWTOR account still gives the error message. And the game is still F2P. So, I reset my password, and set a new password for my EA Account, but, my SWTOR account use the past password. Total chaos. Can you help me? thank you very much.

Your swtor account has been disabled for purchasing, this is due to the linked EA account has had its data wiped due to long term inactivity
unfortunately in your case, you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open, to put an email address back on the wiped ea account to restore purchasing to that swtor account
