Thank you for trying to help so many people! But I don't understand what you want. I reset the password in my EA account. But my SWTOR account still gives the error message. And the game is still F2P. So, I reset my password, and set a new password for my EA Account, but, my SWTOR account use the past password. Total chaos. Can you help me? thank you very much.

Your swtor account has been disabled for purchasing, this is due to the linked EA account has had its data wiped due to long term inactivity
unfortunately in your case, you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open, to put an email address back on the wiped ea account to restore purchasing to that swtor account

Unfortunately, a phone call is not possible. This is a question of principle for me, should I pay more for something that I have already paid for? I know it's not your fault, you just want to help, but do you think this is okay?- proxos6663 years agoHero+
With the account issue , calling by skype or voip maybe cheaper for you , unfortunately due to the issue type it needs to be via phone i'm afraid
otherwise you could make a new swtor account , that account will purchase just fine

HELP! icant redeem codes or buy anything how can i fix this? i already reset my password to my ea account with the same email as my swtor account and its still not working!

is flagged with swtor support to check the account for issues , response will be in about 11 hrs when support are online for the day

support see no account issue ( maybe the password reset fixed it ) , although they can see a failed payment , so remove and re-add the card details etc
If the code now says already redeemed email the code into support@swtor.comwhen i checked they also could not see an email with your steam screenshots per the sticky listed in my previous post , let me know when sent and i can see if it arrived ok
