Support have your email , however cant add the gametime due to the linked ea account has been disabled and its data was wiped
That account had a hotmail email address ( likley email used to create the swtor account , if you know that email try resetting the password to reset the account in this link
let me know if you think its done and i can check and chase up the steam gametime

Hello, I'm having the same problem as mostly of the people in this forum. I made a purchase from STEAM and never got the subscription on my account. I already contacted EA support, but haven't got any answer and I'm desperate for a solution. Can you please help me?

I have been playing Star Wars The Old Republic for years. My subscription on Steam is active, I succesfully paid three days ago. It says the next payment will be in February.
But when I enter the game all of the sudden it says I'm not subscribed. When I check the game website it says not subscribed.
In-game I can't write a ticket because they claim I'm not subscribed. But I did pay and been subscribed for very long time.

(this is my main EA account, the one I play SWTOR on is via stevendeclerck)
I was able to subscribe again to SWTOR, I had to cancel my subscription via Steam (and lost one month that I paid for since I can't get a refund, it's not available for the subscription) and I was able to re-subscribe via the SWTOR-website.
I do wonder what went wrong since I paid via Steam (as I've done for months) and all of the sudden thing's didn't go as planned. Let's hope I have more luck keeping this subscription active directly via SWTOR.

Ok, thank you, I will take a look.
I do hope it does not conflict with the subscription I activated via the Star Wars The Old Republic after my subscription via Steam wasn't working anymore.
