Swtor subscription through steam

So, decided to return to playing swtor after a few years. Bought the 30 day sub trough steam and jumped into the game. But to my great surprise I wasn't a sub. Decided to do ye olde log out, log in thing. But alas no luck. Logged in on swtor.com and that too showed me as being a preferred player still.also got the problem with your EA account warning. Well I went through the forums and Google search and found that I need to reset my password and do the "contact support with screenshots and info" thing.well good boy as I am I did all that. Today had a mail back that basically said that I need to call them cause they don't deal with that stuff through any other channels. My question is ,was that a general bot mail back (sure sounded like that) or did I officially loose that 13 euros or whatever the price for the sub was. Cause while the game is good, it's not worth it to call em to fix that poop and end up spending more of my hard earned credits on that god knows how long and expensive phonecall.                  My account name is: Dulatsil

    @tait001

    ahh a fellow aussie

    Support have your email , before they can add gametime the below needs to be sorted

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona tait00 (not tait001) that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (insert the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

  • Hey I also bought some game time from Steam and its not going on my account ☹️. My account name is Grizzlyman. I tried finding the option to submit a ticket with screenshot but had no luck finding it. ☹️
