SWTOR Website Subscription charged but not showing in game?

Hello! I saw this game on steam so I decided to play it. I ended up buying some cool Mandolorian armour with Cartel coins I bought via steam. I decided I wanted to play a bit more and get the better gear so I went to check the subscription price. I saw the reviews on steam and decided to buy the subscription directly via the swtor website. Currently when I check my subscription on the website it doesnt show either, however there is payment history and an invoice number from the transaction I made and I have been charged too? It says STATUS OPEN shows me the total of 14.99$ and then the invoice number. This is the correct and only account I have for SWTOR and it is linked to my steam account.

    normally the transaction needs to close for the subscription to reflect ingame

    My SWTOR Account display name is JackMehoffLOL, it should be pretty new still. Only started playing a week ago or so!

    it appears from a number of similar post , there is a purchasing issue occurring, have flagged it for attention, however just be aware swtor support are not online here for another 10hrs

    Same Problem here. SWTOR Username : JoniPeponi. Purchased a 30 Day Subscription. Got the "Abonnement Changed" Mail. In my Account Data on SWTOR Homepage there are 29 Days of Subscription left until renewing. InGame there is no Subscription, only prefered Status. Money is gone. What should I do ??? Please Help - THX

    Thank you, my problem is fixed. It now shows me as subscriber ingame too! Thank you for helping out everyone, you're a legend!

    Having an issue with getting my cartel coins I bought off the swotor website last night. Money has come out bank and got the confirmation email but no cartel coins in the market. Username is "Janysaee". My partner bought coins at the same time and didn't get them either.

    A purchasing issue caused a widespread problem for anyone purchasing at the time 

    With coins they need to wait for the transaction to close in their system before they can add coins manually 

    submit either an ingame ticket (not a bug report) or email support@swtor.com from the email address you have put on the swtor account, be sure to include the swtor account name for good measure

    this will likely take a day to sort out
