SWTORSK steam sub help

Hey guys ! 

I’m having issues with my steam subscription I read the forms and followed the screen shot steps even reset my password but haven’t heard anything at all made sure everything is fine right but it’s still showing I’m not subscribed and haven’t heard anything from support and even emailed them from the same email my acct is under can someone help ?
