Talos companion bug on a Sith Sorcerer

Hello.

I'm currently playing with my sorcerer on Rishi and I can't get past the mission where you need Talos because I never got him as a companion, probably the bug during v4.0 as this is a very old character. Since I'm a preferred player and not a sub, I can't submit the ticket in game.

What information about my account do you need?

Character's name is Vjekoslav - lvl60 Sith Sorcerer

Account username is LordVjeko

    I already did about a yeah ago and got a reply that they offer support only to subs...

    @Vjeko1701b 

    Can you resend an email from the email used on the account , and detail that talos is missing and request for restoration, feel free to link this thread 

    Talos should definitely be restorable due to him being one of the original 5 story companions.

    Thank you for your help, I can confirm now that the issue has been resolved any my sorcerer has Talos as a companion. I was able to progress the story on Rishi.
