Hello,
I have been running my game recently until this error popped up on launch today. I got the C7 error code for incompatible system. I tried the repair process, restarting the computer, and updating my graphics driver. My system should be more than adequate for running the game.
I attached the DxDiag file for reference. Any help would be appreciated!

@proxos666 That actually helped fix some issues I had, apparently, but not this SWTOR issue. Updating to Windows 10 -DID- let me play again, so this issue for me is resolved.
-_- So, it was working last night, but all of a sudden it's not working anymore. Same issue, c7.
Is there another way into game, or a way around this? My pc is totally up to date, and I have all the latest drivers, so I don't know why this should be happening. Especially since it was working last night.

There has been a number of AMD video card users hit with C7 recently , is BW investigating ?
I tried uninstalling bitraider, hoping it would fix it. It was a long and laborious process, but unfortunately this did not fix the error. It's really weird because the game was working 24 hours ago. Was there a patch that may have messed with things, that released on Friday? Here's my new dxdiags, I am incapable of downloading any more updates. I have the latest video card drivers AND all other drivers and updates are downloaded. The dxdiag will be in the attached file.
Initially I would be looking at what windows updates occurred recently , another person posted this today as mentioned I have seen a recent windows update cause C7 specifically for AMD users

@proxos666 @EA_Kipling This has given me so much stress trying to fix, and it feels like I've wasted so much time on it as well. Your suggestion worked in so far as I stopped getting the c7 error, the game started to load.. though for some reason, it was loading in complete fullscreen (not windowed fullscreen) and then the game closed after about a minute, and it had my resolution STUCK at some absurdly low setting which made me only see a tiny section of my screen.
I couldn't find a way to fix this windows resolution error caused by SWTOR, as windows 10 doesn't seem to have a setting for changing resolutions anymore, just changing to let you zoom IN and make everything larger, or go back to 100%, and the current 100% had everything too large already. (Imagine what it looks like when your video card drivers are uninstalled).
I thought uninstalling and reinstalling my drivers for video card might actually fix things, and uninstalling DID fix my resolution. However, reinstalling my drivers changed my resolution back to that unworkable size. I only saw one solution then to fixing my resolution errors, and that was to return to windows 7. I thought a system restore might work, but I've never done that in windows 10, and I didn't want to compound any issues. So, I went to bed and reverted to windows 7, though now I'm back to c7 again with a busted updater. >.> I'm worried that if I want to play again, I'll need to 1) update my windows to 10 again and 2) find a way to have the game only open in windowed or windowed fullscreen mode, because I think I caught the 800x600 resolution windows 10 swtor bug.
When the game starts if it does that to windows , the solution is to press ALT + Enter (may need to be twice) this will use the game to restore the desktop resolution and bring the game to window mode to adjust ingame graphics

Edit - if you find you get really really stuck then use the CRU utility at this link and create an override with just the native resolution eg. 1920 x 1080 @60Hz this will restore things and ensure it cant happen again.
Just had a look at the dxdiag , in your case connecting your monitor with a HDMI cable instead of the HD15 (VGA) will also sort the resolution issue out if it re-occurs
@proxos666 @EA_Kipling Well, last night I went back to windows 7 and went to bed, as I said. I went out and did some shopping today while I reupgraded to windows 10. I then deleted the .ini item in C:\Users\%username%\appdata\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings\client_settings.ini, and finally I hit alt+enter as you suggested, and it logged me in! Hopefully this is kept up and I can enter game again in the future.
Thanks to you both for all your help. They were right about that new windows update messing with ATI Radeon users, it worked the night before, then the next day I updated and then it stopped working.
EDIT: Question, anyone else run into an issue in game of things you've claimed not showing up in collections anymore? Just before I took a break I got the nathema zealots set and a purple hawkeye crystal, and I used CC to unlock both, but now I can't get them on any of my characters. I don't know if I'm missing anything else as well, but I know I unlocked them as I claimed the nathema set on a second character.
