Hello, I am a returning player who hasn't played in a while. I've tested the new server for a bit as I was interested in the mount, I made a new lv70 character and have enjoyed playing solo PvE and solo Flashpoints. However I have been unable to do any Arenas, Warzones, or Starfighter battles, or even group Flashpoints as entering queues never results in getting paired for anything. It just sits, sometimes upwards of hours-long sessions. Will this prevent me from getting the mount? Am I doing something incorrectly?
To answer the questions:
- Compared to an existing server, how is the performance?
- What region/country do you reside in?
- Provide a comparison of ping from existing servers to Shae Vizla.
- Is grouped content working properly?
- I have been unable to access any grouped content as entering the queue never results in getting paired for anything.
- How quickly can you get into a match or Flashpoint you’ve accepted?
- I have only been able to do solo flashpoints for the above reason, but they worked well.
- Is travel to any location (planet, Stronghold, Fleet, etc…) hindered?
- Are there any issues with the UI such as missing assets or loss of functionality?
- Are there any issues with visuals or sounds with the cinematics?
- No, although I would prefer to be able to skip through dialogue.
