The subscription purchased in Steam was not activated.
I bought a Steam subscription, but it's not in the game. It is available on the "subscription views" tab in Steam. The account itself is linked to the SWTOR website.

If the steam account was linked to the swtor account, then its likley the linked EA account to that swtor account is disabled so they may also require you to call them
