There is an issue with your EA account which will prevent SWTOR purchases

edit: if this is for KeijiKurosaki  glad to hear gametime has been added to that account 

if not done so you need to cancel the swtor subscription in your steam account , it can be repurchased when the gametime ends

Hello. 

I seem to be dealing with a similar issue. Last month I've tried to get a subscription to SWTOR, got a EA account issue. Managed to somehow solve it and got the subscription, but when I've tried to change it now I got another EA account issue again.

My swtor display name is HoAdam.

It is getting quite irritating to be honest. What can I do to solve it without expensive call to support center in another country?

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses a Rambler.ru email address

use this link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Managed to solve the issue. Turned out to be misappropriated account but I've recovered.
