What code are you trying to redeem ? if you email that code to support@swtor.com they can add it manually
HI i cant redeem a code even after trying all your steps

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) they should email when it is fixed
If you email the code from the email on the swtor account into support@swtor.com they can manually add the code to your account for now for you.
to subscribe for now as a workaround , if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted
