Support said you called in and got sorted , glad to hear sorted
Hello, unfortunately, I have also been going through the same issue. However, I contacted customer support and could not resolve the situation after attempting multiple times to reset the EA password and use different browsers. Ultimately I was told a ticket would be submitted for further inquiry for this. Then the person from customer support told me to attempt to purchase the subscription through steam. Still, I have read that buying the subscription through that method was risky as it has proven unreliable in the past and is not eligible for a refund. To conclude, I just wanted to ask if anything else can be done from the swtor site itself to purchase the subscription via those means as I have done before. Thank you. My account name is VIPERAKITA.

You are correct support have recommended buying through steam , not much more can do from here apart from check status if need again
- 4 years ago@proxos666 Same issue. Change password and still "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved"
