There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account CANT SUBSCRIBE.

Medevilcop is the account for both. unless it just unlocked and fixed itself. I can try waiting a day or so for the subscription to activate and come back if it does not resolve itself

There is no issue with that account , try using incognito mode on chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies and see if it persists

edit - just noticed , how did you purchase a subscription ?
