having the same problem trying to sub from the website and steam neither are working

My issue ended up having two parts (and only the first has been resolved).
1st. My linked EA account had to be verified. This happened over the phone (no other options were available, yikes) and then they reset it. It seems to have worked because I can redeem codes via the SWTOR website now. I couldn't do so before.
2nd. But the Steam subscription I bought still isn't showing up in game. I sent an email with the requested screenshots and haven't heard back since. Is there a common timeframe anyone can give me on when I can expect a response / fix? I bought the sub now, instead of later, because I hoped to take advantage of the Double XP event. I'm currently on Level 60 so any quests I do are moot at present. ☹️
