You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona kleve920 (not moose474 your posting on now) that EA account uses a gmail email (email is different to swtor)
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
There's a chance I had a different gmail account at that time and I have no idea what it is. I'm not getting the reset notification in my current gmail so I know that it's not the correct one. Is there anything else I can do or do I need to call in at this point?
call swtor support when the lines open , they can update the email on that account if need be
