to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses a qq.com email , same as swtor
use the following link (insert the qq.com swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
As to login service on the launcher check your antivirus and firewall arent blocking
Support cannot see an email from you yet with the required screenshots for the steam purchase

is flagged to check the account for issues , response will be in about 12 hrs when support are online for the day
The phonelines are open for another 20 minutes if you want to call and check the account
I have reflagged to check the account is ok now with swtor support, response will be in about 8 - 9 hrs when they are online for the day
you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open, no other way unfortunately, should be a quick easy fix though

you will need to relink steam to the swtor account luweibejone if that is the account you want the gametime on
if the email is not in the spam folder, best to call swtor support when the lines are open so they can change the email to another on the account that works ok
if the validation emails are not arriving , you need to call swtor support and put a new email address on that account so you can get the emails ok
nothing can be done with steam linkages over the forum

luweibejone is disabled and if you cant use the qq.com email you need to call swtor support, so you need to call to fix that account
Steam however is linked to uweiayanami so send in the steam screenshots using the email on that swtor account and the steam gametime can be added to that account
F2P accounts cant access the PTS ....
