There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR pur
ive been trying to get back into my account for years, and ive always been given this error code, yet the only way i can see to fix this is to call, but i never have time to call for this because i have a life, is there really no way to fix this? ive lost money from this and am getting hopeless from the fact i might never get to play again

I completely understand it can be frustrating to have to contact directly, but unfortunately as this is an account issue we can't help directly with it here on the forum for a number of reasons including account security and so for you really do need to get in touch with SWTOR support direclty and they'll be able to look into this for you.-
