I tried to sub through the SWTOR site but I was getting this error. I stupidly tried to sub through steam thinking it would work but it didnt- Took the money but gave me no gametime.
I tried resetting my passwords but nothing worked.

Will check your account for issues with swtor support and they have your email ok
response will be in about 8 hrs when support are online for the day
The linked ea account has been wiped, and used a Hotmail.co.uk email address ( this is a different email to what is used on the swtor account )
use this link (insert the Hotmail.co.uk address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account
Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com

In regards to the steam screenshots, seems they are cropped so i would resend screenshots as shown in https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/m-p/9356718#M61159
I cannot use the hotmail email as thats not the email my ea account has.
I also resent the screenshots.
you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email on the linked ea account if you dont have access to that hotmail email , it is not the ea account your posting with now
