This is a known bug and has been reported on the bug reports forum here.
Unfortunately there is no ETR on when this would be resolved. There is also a bug with the Lana romance missing as well here.
While the Lana one got a response from the Devs most likely whatever is causing the lana bug is the same for Theron. Hopefully it will be fixed for both soon but right now there is no ETR or work around.
