this application has encounter an unspecified error. please try patch again

I recently had to have my system redone and I tried to load SWTOR and I get this message when i run the launcher "this application has encounter an unspecified error. please try patch again" and I am at a loss

    dear god I am a noob reboot fixed it and it is updating
