Two simultaneous instances of trooper class story

My character "Shialla" on the server "The Progenitor" has two simultaneous instances of the trooper class story. She has both the mission "Mannett Point" from the Prologue and "Battle of the Gauntle...

    I had the same bug on my smuggler but it wasn't that big of a problem. Except for the loading screen, you shouldn't receive too many issues. You can just finish your one class quest, and then when you are level 60 and start the Knights of the Fallen Empire story, it will automatically delete the second quest but still recognize that you completed the story.

    If this really annoys you and you want to get rid of the second quest, you have to contact Customer Service. They can fix bugged quests but this only works if you are subscriber.

    Just create an in-game ticket and make sure to pick the Quest/Mission category, not the Bug Reports category, and include as much details as possible, like your character name, server name and the name of the mission. But keep in mind that the ticket response time currently is around 3-4 weeks so you have to be very patient.

    I did contact the customer support. They closed the ticket for lack of information. I posted it again, trying to express myself in more simple terms... I don't think my way of expressing the problem is somehow lacking, but whatever. It kinda feels like the support saying: It's not our fault, the user is too stupid.

    It's good to know that it won't cause a problem, anyway. I've halted playing that character until the issue is resolved, but knowing it won't become worse I can continue playing the char. Thank you. 🙂
