Unable to access account

Hello, I used to play this game via my steam account.
I no longer remember my display name or password as it was years ago that I played.
The email I signed up with was an old email which since has been sold on the dark web & then deleted (so I can't receive help emails for instance e.g forgot display name).

I also had a 2fa app on an old phone which is long gone.

I tried to call the number for the UK Helpline but with VOXI it doesn't allow me to call, there are no emails for support and no other ways at all which is really really frustrating.

Is there no way I can get this resolved without jumping through seemingly impossible or never ending loops?
