Help i cant sign into SWTOR

Ive played SWTOR since 2023, and ive grinded on one account and for some reason created a second one when i was little (both under the same email), since yesterday I havent been able to sign into my main SWTOR account, as it is saying its sending a new password to my email, but for some reason it wont send, i tried the same thing for my other account and it worked perfectly fine, can someone please help me?
