Unable to access old account

I am a returning player who has forgotten his password and has a new phone so I can no longer use the security key. It is proving impossible to reset my account and when you ring the UK contact number it says that they are closed for the holidays!! What holidays??

I am happy to resubscribe but frankly whats the point if I cannot get anywhere near my account to do so and the customer service is non existent.

Anyone have any ideas? Ive tried changing my EA/Origin password but that hasnt worked for the SWTOR account.

    You are best to call CS note the hours available

    Rang that number. Its 1920hrs here so it should be open but the recorded message says that they are on holiday?!? Just mega frustrated

    The whole of EA had some system issues yesterday, so it might be connected to this. 

    @Didihomer please give it another try. If the issues persist let me know and call one of the other lines. They can for sure transfer you to the english lines.
