Solved

Unable to activate a subscription

I've looked through the current known issues and found a few things close to my issue but either didn't see the issue or I overlooked it. Basically I'm trying to set up either a subscription service...

    Calling is likely best

    only suggestion i can make is try with a paypal account or a different payment method if you have one, the only thing I can think of with subscribing as opposed to buying cartel coins , is with the sub It wants to be a recurring payment.

    tying the payment method to a paypal account may work.

    If that fails you are best to call so they can see what is going on at least from what they can see on their side.

Thanks, I'll set up a paypal attached to my card and see if that fixes it.
