Unable to activate bought subscription

Hi,

I recently bought an SWTOR 60 day game time one-time subscription through Steam, because I was unable to buy one directly via the official website (always got an error).

I linked my Steam account to my SWTOR account a few days before. 

Now I discovered that it could be because of a problem with my originally linked EA account. 

I updated my SWTOR E-Mail years ago, because I didn't have access to the original one. 

I assume my SWTOR is still linked to my original E-Mail, which is already deactivated/deleted. Therefore, I can't reset the passwort or check the current condition of the automatically created old EA account.

My bought game time did not activate in the meantime and Steam told me it's a EA topic.

What can I do to get my 60 days of game time?

SWTOR-Account: Sooooldier.

    Hey there @Mizdeem  can you please try following the steps outlined here INFO Steam Purchase not Working to see if it helps fix your issue.

    If you still have problems with your subscription after this you will need to contact SWTOR support directly which you can do by following the steps in this article
