Hello, the problem is pretty simple.
Im trying to buy a subscription of the game but i cant, this message pops up:
"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."
I cant contact customer support because im not a subscriber, so i cant resolve the problem ☹️
Support said your account is ok and they can see you was able to make a purchase, however after the successful one they can see you made other attempts and they were blocked by your bank.
Support recommend advise to contact your bank , remove/ re add payment method, etc and if it persists give them a call when the lines are open

I'm having the same issue as rogueleblanc, I have tried to get into contact with both EA and SWTOR support, and frankly I dont know where to go from here

Hate to say it , you need to call swtor support again when the lines are open , they should of checked the linked account and didnt
