Unable to log in or change password due to "error"

I tried to log in and it said error. I went to change my password and when I tried it kept telling my error occured. I know my password was right it is the same since launch and my security key is st...

In the game folder is a log folder can you provide the latest launcher log , can see what it is recording

Also if you leave the security key blank and just use username and password does it go to the screen asking for the key or error ?
