Unable to Log in to SWTOR account

Hello,

I used to have an SWTOR account and played quite a bit but stopped. I can still get into my EA account and it should have the same name, but I cannot log in on the main page and I think it is due to the security key. I used to have it linked to my old phone number which has changed (I believe)

I go to do the reset password and get it to my email, go through the link and try and reset it and it says there is an error. Is there a way to get the key turned off so that I can get back in and set it back up?

Any other thoughts on what It might be?
