Unable to log in

After this last patch, I am unable to log in at all. People I know can log in, but the entire server list is blank for some reason. Attached is the issue, plus any settings I could think of that could affect it. I did not change anything involving DNS between when the game worked and now. The only change was the patch for the game that was downloaded and installed. I streamed this game, and being unable to stream it will cost me money. I need this fixed ASAP. So far, EA's tech support has been about as helpful as an ice cube tossed in a volcano.
