Unable to login due to One Time Password Email

Hello community,

I have not played SWOTOR since June 2025 and I tried to play the game again.

After filling in my password I get a "One Time Password required".

I have send multiple request and I have wait 30-60 minutes, but I did not receive an email unfortunatly. I also emailed swtor support.

I have also tried to contact the UK and USA support phonelines, but my calls are not getting through. I am calling from the Netherlands.

Could someone help me?
