Unable to obtain Scarab Underwalker Pet

Question

Hello, I am having an issue where I am unable to obtain this specific pet. From what I could gather, you aree supposed to kill the Revanite Captain that spawns at the Training Grounds, and the pet should be a guaranteed drop.

I have killed the npc twice across two characters and the pet simply does not drop.

I am playing on Tulak Hord and the characters I used were named: Illumai and Zhallya

There was a bug fix done in 7.7d

Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented the Harbinger of Fear, Martinique Desler, and Commandant Jenarian from correctly dropping their rare loot.

I think there were 2 bugs before and the spawn was actually reversed why their are guides that you have to kill the captain. The captain is the guaranteed trash and Jennerian should be the rare drop now.
