Unable to progress Chapter 7

Hi, One of my characters is stuck on the Gravestone during Chapter 7. I am supposed to take the shuttle to Zakuul, but the panel on the side of the shuttle is not interactable. I've tried logging out and quitting the game completely, but nothing works. Has any one else had this problem,?

I've just submitted a ticket, but I'm not holding out much hope, as I've been waiting over 14 days for a previous ticket to be resolved ☹️

You cannot reset the quest while in a phase, and your stronghold also counts as a phase. Go to fleet (anywhere where you see other players) and then you'll be able to reset the quest. Keep in mind that you will have to redo the chapter from the beginning if you reset, but then the panel should be clickable.

Try switching instances, resetting the mission, etc. Also make sure your not using Treek or HK-51, make sure whatever companion is supposed to be active is active. If that doesn't work, Delete the DiskCacheArena file under the swtor directory.

Log back in, try again. See if any of that works

Thanks for the help. I could not reset the phase from my portrait, so I exitted to fleet and was able to do it from the quest log
