Unable to Purchase Guild Bank Eighth Vault

I am the GM of my guild.  In-game, I have the option in my guild bank management tab to purchase an eighth vault for 60 million credits.  My guild currently has 85 million credits but when I attempt ...

    If I remember right you need the Credits in your Wallet not in the bank.
