Unable to retrieve patch data. Please network connection (206)*

Hi everyone, I know this problem has happened to others but the solutions bought to them worked but for me, not so much.

I played the game yesterday night fine and this morning I got first a red bar on the loading screen stating Update complete. Didn't pay much attention so decided to try to resolve the loading screen slowness by doing a sfc scannow. It solved it and also fixed this, as well as maybe the red bar on the Swtor loading screen. Now I get this * message. Some said in forums that I should delete some files (did it, don't remember which ones, 3files I know) and load the launcher to verify it and repair it. Without doing the later, it still goes to this * message. 

I followed PROXOS666 answers for DAETUS concerning that same pb but nothing. Any tips?
