for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared.
account is flagged to be checked , response will be in about 7 - 8 hrs when support are online for the day

I completed these steps. In a fresh tab of chrome incognito I am seeing the same message.
