seems there is an issue purchasing on swtor.com at present, best to wait 24 hrs, otherwise if linked to steam, steam purchase will work

Thanks a bunch for the info!

I tried it again just now via direct debit and while it gave me an error again, stating that there's a problem processing the request, it appears to have gone through this time as I now have 29 days of sub time remaining!
Payment status is still unconfirmed but here's hoping everything works smoothly this time!
