unable to subscribe
I can`t subscribe. When I try to pay bay paypal, the website writes "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}". Please, help. /I`m from Russia/

I gather this is the same paypal account used on the earlier transaction ?
How long have you tried doing this ? maybe in the first instance best wait 24 hours and retry in case a backend issue on either swtor or paypal side
you may not have the link to add new cards due to no active sub at present
I`v payed only once by this paypal account, now i`m trying to pay about 3-4 days.
The only short term thing I can suggest is if you wanted to purchase the outlander pack at origin here , this would also confirm if the paypal account works on other EA billing systems.
downside is that outlander pack can only be purchased once only.
if the paypal account works then you have 60 days to see if it comes good or a cause for it , ( gather paypal account details match the swtor account )

Honestly, I need 30 days subscribe. There is no ways to get it?
I can say the outlander pack will work as you would know if you have ever used It , so you would get 60 days , 1050 cartel coins and the pet
all that is left is the 30 day retail code here but if this has ever been applied previously, the code will fail as it can only be applied once per account as well. so if you bought this or say a retail box before then you will be needing to approach origin for a refund as the code wont work when you try to apply it.

All you can try is creating another paypal account , try another credit card (preferably mastercard not visa ) (EA hate visa debit cards)
edit - try loading money onto the paypal account and use that and not a linked card
other then that you could try to phone them but I doubt they will know how to sort this error and just say wait longer
