I have had an account in this game since back when it first launched. I recently reinstalled the game on steam and I am no longer able to type in chat. My characters are well above the minimum level ...
Submitting an in-game ticket is only available if you are a subscriber. As far as typing in chat what level are your characters? Are you getting any error when you try to type in chat? Is it all chats or just general chat?
