I need help quickly. I can't click on my refer a friend on the account page. It says an unknown error has been detected. I don't get it? I'm a regular subscriber. I should be able to get a link. I have 27 days remaining on my sub until it resubs. What is going on? I have someone who will use it and now I can't get it, and now i'll lose out on rewards because bioware or EA or whoever wont give me the ability to refer a friend.

Can you tell me the SWTOR Display Name you're logging on with? I found an account called Ryzot but that doesn't seem to be your primary account.

@EA_Kipling Are you still willing to help me? The support team refuses to help me. I called the support line and they told me to open a ticket, then i opened a ticket and they sent an automated message telling me to call the support line and closed my ticket, then i called the support line again and they said it was a mistake and they told me to open another ticket, so i opened another ticket and they told me to call support again, so i called support again and they told me to make ANOTHER ticket, and guess what... THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE SUPPORT LINE AGAIN... they keep telling me that and closing my ticket. so i can't get help from anyone... they're just ignoring me

@EA_Chimere Hi! If you're still around, I have the same issue, "an unknown error has occured". Is it as simple as me using the two-month billing option as opposed to a monthly or longer continuing billing?
