Unlink SWTOR Account from Steam

I had a previous account which I have made some progress with, but later on went on a break -  I was able to link that said account into my steam account (which I use until now) along with a security code around a month before the break.

Now, I'm trying to go back and use that account, but I cannot get a reset password email since the security code is still being sent to my previous phone, which I don't have access to anymore.

Is there a way that I can recover that SWTOR account? or at least unlink that account so that I can just create a new one which I will also be linking to my steam account (I cannot unlink the previous one since that can only be done once logged in, which I cannot do so)
