Vette is not on Sith Warrior starship
Hi, I'm playing as a Sith Warrior. When I first got my starship she was in the same area as the helper droid companion, however, after more progress in the story line shes not on the Starship anymore...

When you say the same area do you mean the central hub of the ship? For me she's generally in one the starboard side aft rooms. Working the engine controls I believe. When the non ship droid companions area sent on missions they some times move to the cargo hold and work on a station there. There are a couple of times where a companion will leave you for a bit but that's normally announced and they come back again during the same conversation cycle. Towards the end class quests couple of companions do wander off for a bit for extended absences.
