I have attempted sending reset emails for my password on my account they will not send. When i request a username email it happily sends it? I've even tried registering a new account and the register button just doesnt work. Click it and nothing happens.Tried calling support phone number doesnt work. Ive tried ctrl+f5 on the page doesnt help. I know the email is correct. Any suggestions?
New account should work , you do need to tick the 2 boxes for the terms and conditions by memory to proceed
as to the email not arriving, if not in the spam folder, your best to swtor support on Monday during the hours listed open
registration page will not work. I have tried on multiple internet browsers even tried on two different mobile devices. When I fill out the information and check the boxes nothing happens. May have to just wait for monday
will mention it to see if any server issue, response will be in about 4 hrs from now
Apologies for not replying earlier , there are no known issue with creating account at moment , can only suggest ensure the email being used has not been on any ea / origin / swtor account before
maybe best to call swtor support if this persists and see if they can help further
