Is this a debit mastercard ? if so it likely cant be used to purchase a subscription , it may work for buying 60 days sub

Yes, You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

how were you able to find the EA account linked to the swtor accounts?
If you go to the transaction history page in your swtor account , top right is the email used on the linked EA account
