Is this a debit mastercard ? if so it likely cant be used to purchase a subscription , it may work for buying 60 days sub

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

@proxos666 Any chance you could give me the correct number to call for Australia, iv tried calling a few times already bit always seems to be after hrs or before. Would be highly appreciated
